We currently only deliver to the UK. Albums, guest books and keepsake boxes are usually dispatched within 7 days. Personalised stationery should be dispatched within 28 days of sign-off of proofs - often much sooner. Personalised samples are usually dispatched within 1 week. If you require urgent delivery please email us and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline.

The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of the items you are ordering. This will be calculated in your shopping cart when you select a delivery method.

All items are hand crafted and personalised. It is therefore not possible to accept returns for any other reason than the unlikely event of a fault.
